GIVEN THE CURRENT SITUATION (COVID-19) OR SPECIAL TIMES SUCH AS CHRISTMAS OR EASTER, THE DELIVERY TIMES MAY CHANGE SLIGHTLY. THE DELIVERY PERIODS INDICATED ARE CONSIDERED AFTER THE ORDER SHIPMENT DATE AND REFERE TO BUSINESS DAYS.
Follow the order
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a code to track your order on the carrier’s website.
If you have any further questions regarding shipments, please refer to the “Shipments” tab in the FAQ’s.
What to do when I receive my order?
When receiving your order, you must always confirm that the item is in perfect condition, without manufacturing defects or other anomalies. If you detect that the item is not as intended, you must contact us (through the contact form, email, whatsapp, instagram or by phone) as soon as possible, so that we can exchange the item.
Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 30 days from the delivery date.
Christmas
Extended deadline for returns: All purchases made from October 27th to December 24th can be returned until January 30th, 2021.
How to return my order?
To return your order, you must start the return process by contacting us. We will help in the best way possible.
Returns are accepted if:
Items are in their original condition, have not been used, altered or washed;
All original tags are included;
The original box of the article is in perfect condition;
Items are in perfect condition for sale.
Returns of personal items (eg. underwear) are not accepted.
Shipping costs for returning the order are always the customer’s responsibility. For this reason, you will have the flexibility to choose the carrier or postal service you want. It is not necessary to ship the products in an express service.
How and when will I receive a refund for my return?
Refunds are made by issuing a voucher with a discount code that you can apply to your next order.
Refunds are generally available to your email within a few days of receiving the refund confirmation email or within a maximum of 14 working days.
