Neck Size
Measured in centimeters
Wrap the measuring tape around your neck with a gentle slope at the front.
Shoulder Size
Measured in centimeters
Measure your shoulder width from the outside of your left shoulder (basically where the sleeve of a shirt that fits you perfectly begins) to the outside of your right shoulder. The measuring tape should follow the natural curve of your back.
Arm Size
Measured in centimeters
Measure from the tip of the shoulder to where you want the sleeve to end.
Chest Size
Measured in centimeters
Measure your chest with the measuring tape running under your armpits, down your back and over the most protruding part of your chest. Make sure you keep the tape taut across your back.
Waist Size
Measured in centimeters
Measure around your natural waist, keeping the end of the tape slightly loose. If you already have a belt at home, you can determine the ideal size by measuring the distance between the buckle and the hole in the belt you usually wear. If, for example, the belt measures 85cm then the ideal size would be 85.
